Information used to provide the service
When you sign in, we process account information such as your email address and, where provided by Google, your name and profile picture. We process the photos and prompts you submit, generated results, task history, credit records, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Image processing
Uploaded images and prompts are sent to the infrastructure and AI providers needed to carry out your requests. Upload only material you have permission to use. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for the edit.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment method details under its own privacy policy. We use transaction and subscription information to manage purchases, credit balances, and access to features.
Browser storage and security
We use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session, editing preferences, and checkout state. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to prevent automated abuse during email sign-in. Clearing browser storage may sign you out and reset your preferences.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and self-hosted Umami to understand page visits and interactions such as sign-in, image generation, and checkout. Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps to help us improve usability, with its default sensitive-content masking and additional masking on prompt and account fields. Analytics providers may process browser, device, and usage information and use cookies or browser storage. Our custom analytics events do not include your email address or editing prompts.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
